Application fee per applicant: $50.00
Security Deposit/Holding Deposit: $400
Security Deposit - Additional: $350
Security Deposit - Maximum Additional: $500
Administrative fee: $150
Pet fee at move-in, non-refundable: $300
Monthly pet fee per animal: $35
Storage Small: $45
Storage Medium: $60
Storage Large: $75
Carports: $50
Garage - Detached: $100
Extra / Lost Gate Remote/Key/Fob: $50 Each Non-Refundable
Apartment Transfer Fee: $500
Package/Parcel Setup Fee: $10
Water/Sewer/Trash: Varies monthly based on usage, billed in arrears by third party
Water/Sewer/Trash billing Fee: $4.25 not to exceed $10.00 monthly.
Electric Service Fee for not setting up your electric service at move in: $25 per billing cycle (monthly).
NSF Fee: $50.00
Monthly Late Fees, if not paid by the fifth (5th) day of the month, is 5% of base rent.
Termination Fee Equivalent to one-month base rent.
Pet Policy
Max 2 Allowed | Max weight 75 lb each | One time Fee $300

Comments: Nonrefundable fee of $300 due at move-in. Monthly pet fee of $35 per pet. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.
Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.
ABQ Uptown Apartments is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
